Online Therapy & Coaching Services
My services are tailored to your individual circumstances.
During an Initial Consultation, we’ll talk about your needs and determine what kind of service would be helpful. In Individual Therapy, you work one-on-one with me to address personal issues. Coaching is shorter-term and focuses on achieving specific goals in a role you’re navigating. In some instances, people engage in both therapy and coaching.
We’ll figure out a good approach for you when we meet!
Wherever you’re headed, I’m here to help you move forward with confidence.

This 20-minute no cost appointment is an opportunity for you to describe why you’re reaching out and also to learn about me. During the meeting we identify if I can be helpful to you and a 'good fit.'
Out of respect for your time, we’ll make sure the logistics work before the consultation! Once you book, you’ll receive an email with my current availability. You can also share your insurance information so we can explore what your likely reimbursement would be.

Individual therapy is an investment in your growth over time. You establish a goal, which we refine in initial sessions. We then explore thoughts, feelings, situations, and behaviors that may be getting in your way. One step at a time you develop new coping strategies, and work through personal challenges that may have been blocking you.
We typically meet at the same time each week, for almost an hour. I provide a confidential and reliable space in which you can fill me in on present-day concerns and successes, take a breath and reflect together, and to collaboratively identify what you’ll try out before we meet again. Coaching is action-focused. It targets a specific goal you want to achieve and, unlike therapy, does not address deeper psychological issues. I often coach emerging leaders, parents, and caregivers to develop and practice a new skill, or to shift a specific behavior.
